For nearly 20 years, The Body Bar has been part of the Collingwood community.

What began as a traditional spa has evolved into a distinctive natural apothecary and wellness studio, combining handcrafted skin care and wellness products with restorative treatments and personalized experiences.

We specialize in natural skin care, holistic body treatments, relaxation, aromatherapy, and nervous system-focused wellness.

The Position

We're seeking a professionally trained aesthetician with hands-on experience in:

- Facial Treatments: Professional facials, skin analysis, customized skin care, and personalized product recommendations.
- Relaxation Massage: Providing professional relaxation massage and body treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice.
- Waxing: Confidence in performing facial and body waxing services.
- Client Consultation: Understanding individual needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and building lasting client relationships.
- Treatment Room Excellence: Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, professionalism,



and client comfort.

We provide training in our signature Body Bar treatments and specialty wellness rituals.

You'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of natural apothecary formulations, aromatherapy, holistic body treatments, and our unique approach to wellness.

Additional certifications or experience in reflexology, Indian head massage, lymphatic techniques, or other holistic modalities would be an asset.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

- Professional aesthetician training or a relevant recognized qualification.
- Practical experience providing facials, relaxation massage, and waxing.
- Strong understanding of skin care, treatment protocols, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, dependable, and positive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings.
