Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support the culinary team
- Support line cooks by organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient kitchen flow
- Follow food safety and handling protocols diligently to uphold health standards
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations
- Ensure timely dishwashing and proper storage of all kitchenware and ingredients




- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting restaurant operations during busy service hours

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy kitchen environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food handling enhances your ability to support culinary staff effectively
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen setting
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and support seamless restaurant service
