Job Description:

LOCATION: 1132 Alberni St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1A5

COMPENSATION FOR DISHWASHER: $18.25 CAD per hour + Tips

COMPENSATION FOR PREP COOK: $18.30 CAD per hour + Tips

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. JOB PURPOSE:

Dishwashers are responsible for washing dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher. They are also responsible for cleaning the restaurant, managing the restaurant’s trash in accordance with the property’s trash regulations, unloading deliveries, and other supporting functions.

JOB PURPOSE:

Prep cooks are responsible for receiving, checking the quality of, washing, cutting and preparing the produce and food goods in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s procedures. Prep cooks must familiarize themselves with the standard cutting size of all vegetables and take care and attention to wash vegetables thoroughly.
