Now Hiring: Vision Therapist

Location: Ancaster Family Eyecare
Position Type: Part-time (Evenings & Weekends Required)

We are seeking a Vision Therapist to join our growing, patient-focused optometric practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and enjoys working closely with patients—especially children and individuals with visual or neurological challenges.

About the Role

As a Vision Therapist, you will work one-on-one with patients, including:

- Children undergoing vision therapy
- Patients with concussion-related vision issues
- Individuals with Binocular Vision Disorders (BVD)

You will help guide patients through structured therapy programs while providing encouragement, consistency, and clear communication.

- Comfort working with young children and vulnerable patient populations
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans, troubleshoot based on patient needs, and track patient progress




- Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Experience

- Previous experience in vision therapy, healthcare, education, or child-focused roles is an asset
- Experience is not required — we are happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude and commitment
