Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. This role requires proficiency with multiple accounting software platforms and a solid understanding of financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The Accountant will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities utilizing systems like ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, and Workday.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and support budgeting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.




- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for audit readiness.

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll processing, and data entry procedures.
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards is preferred.
- Excellent math skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in account reconciliation and working with various accounting platforms is highly desirable.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred but not required depending on experience.

Pay: $43,500.00-$89,500.00 per year
