Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of food service operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting where guest satisfaction is our top priority. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally,



addressing any concerns or special requests
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure a secure dining environment
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- This is WEEKENDS only at this time

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.25-$18.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
