JPD Staffing supplies reliable, skilled workers to the contractors and developers building Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We're looking for hands-on installers and fabricators who know their tools, work safely, and are ready to get to work.
What You'll Do
- Carry out installation and fabrication work
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move materials and work at height
- Work at height wearing a fall protection harness
- Use power and hand tools safely and keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow site safety rules and the direction of the site supervisor
What You Need
- Hands-on experience in installation and fabrication
- Know how to operate power tools safely
- Know how to operate a forklift and a scissor lift, with valid certifications for both
- Know how to wear and use a fall protection harness correctly
Nice to Have: Your Own Tools
It's ideal if you already have:
- Impact drill and drill bits
- Hammers
- Pliers and screwdrivers
- Wrench and socket sets
- Measuring tape and level
- Other basic tools for installation and fabrication work
The Details
- Pay: $26/hour
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
