Hiring Bonus

Individuals who are hired as a Technician level 2 to 4 are eligible for a hiring bonus per the company policy. The employee level is determined by the company. This does not extend to former employees.

Responsibilities

- Maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools
- Completing service documentation
- Demonstrating equipment for customer use
- Providing quality customer service
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
- Other duties as required

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working with heavy equipment
- Solid mechanical knowledge of excavators, cranes, forklifts, HVAC systems, and other industrial machinery
- Skilled in welding, electrical diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and automotive repair techniques
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately




- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with Caterpillar or similar heavy equipment brands is a plus

Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside the communicated range based on a number of reasons, including geography, skill level, and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Management reserves the right to determine any bonus payment.
