Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks such as packaging, portioning, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth workflow




- Support upselling efforts by suggesting menu items or promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cashiering systems like Micros POS or similar is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant or food industry roles that involve serving customers and handling food safely
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Proven ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
