McLoughlin Promotions – Collingwood, ON – Seasonal (Dec–Apr), full- or part-time – $25/hour + mileage
McLoughlin Promotions is a growing promotional products and apparel company working with ski clubs, summer camps, sports teams and corporate clients across Ontario. We run club merchandise programs, Teamwear, pop-up shops and events — and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on coordinator to help keep all the moving pieces organized.
No two days look the same. Some days you'll be at the office organizing inventory and packing orders; others you'll be visiting clubs, running a pop-up shop, coordinating Teamwear production, making deliveries or helping run an event. If you like variety, take ownership of your work and enjoy being the person the team can count on, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Club merchandise & inventory
- Receive, tag, count and organize incoming merchandise
- Keep inventory accurate across our office, online stores and club locations
- Update Shopify with new products, inventory changes, pricing and sales
- Visit client clubs (usually weekly, more in busy periods) to count, organize and restock
Orders & fulfilment
- Pick, pack and ship online and Teamwear orders
- Prepare and deliver in-store pickup orders to clubs
- Help with larger packing and fulfilment projects during peak periods
Club pop-ups
- Run 1–2 merchandise pop-ups per week during club season, including a regular Saturday shift from 2–6 pm
- Prep, transport, set up and pack down merchandise; guide additional pop-up staff
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and work closely with club staff
Teamwear coordination
- Receive and organize Teamwear inventory and maintain internal tracking
- Schedule production with decorators and share updates with the team
- Flag delays, missing items or decoration errors and help solve them
- Coordinate completed orders and deliveries to clubs
Events, customer support & office
- Support club, corporate and merchandise events — setup, onsite logistics and teardown
- Run or support corporate merchandise pop-ups
- Answer customer questions by email and in person; resolve concerns professionally
- Help with office organization, special projects and improving recurring processes
What we're looking for
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail
- Dependable, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal business
- Friendly, professional and confident with customers and clients
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn tools like Shopify and order-management systems
- Retail, club, event or inventory experience is an asset
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (work driving is reimbursed at the CRA per-km rate)
- Availability for a regular Saturday shift (2–6 pm) and occasional evenings
- Able to lift and move boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
About the schedule This is a seasonal role running December to April, open to full-time or part-time hours.
You'll work weekdays plus a regular Saturday pop-up shift (2–6 pm), with occasional evenings for events. The focus is inventory, club visits, pop-ups, Teamwear and fulfilment, with events and special projects mixed in.
What we offer
- $25/hour, full-time or part-time
- Mileage reimbursement at the CRA rate
- A small, supportive team in a growing company — with real ownership of your work
What success looks like Clubs are stocked and ready for the weekend, orders go out accurate and on time, Teamwear stays on schedule, and you spot problems early and fix them. Most of all, you make things run smoothly for our customers and easier for the team behind the scenes.
