We are currently seeking a motivated, and experienced Technical Application Specialist with a focus in Mineral Processing to join our Process Equipment Technology team. The individual in this role is a core function within the organization that interacts with many departments within the company which allows for a unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience across the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Process Equipment Technology team to the achievement of the department goals through application knowledge of the Haver & Boecker Group technologies, high capacity screening, support in sizing and support for the sales group.

Qualifications and Skills

· Perform simulations with customer supplied information utilizing Haver & Boecker's NIAflow software.



Utilizing this information to determine the appreciated technology and size the machinery used in the design of mineral and industrial material processing plants.

· Prepare accurate costs estimates for vibrating screens and related accessories, and develop detailed customer proposals based on established pricing and project requirements.

· Evaluate and study vibrating screen specifications for material processing plant layouts submitted in the bidding process, ensuring that the recommended Haver & Boecker equipment meets all required operational and efficiency parameters

· Potential customer visits to processing plants to conduct studies, and analyses to identify potential screening challenges and determine solutions that improve circuit efficiency and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with the information management system by applying standardized protocols for the storage and organization of all PET project data and documentation

· Develop technical and commercial proposals for vibrating screen solutions ensuring that the design specifications guarantee compliance with efficiency and production performance targets of the required process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Mechanical engineering: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
