Weekday Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Fuze HR Solutions is actively seeking experienced Crown Reach Truck and Crown Order Picker Operators to join a busy warehouse operation in Mississauga!

Key Responsibilities

As a Crown MHE Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

- Forklift Operation: Safely operate Crown Reach Trucks and/or Crown Order Pickers to move, retrieve, replenish, and stage products.
- Order Picking:



Pick and handle products accurately to meet customer order requirements.
- Receiving & Shipping: Support the movement of incoming and outgoing products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Replenishment: Move products to designated storage and picking locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- RF Scanning: Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete directed tasks and record inventory movements accurately.
- Inventory Control: Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Pallet Handling: Move empty pallets and maintain organized storage and staging areas.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Follow warehouse procedures, productivity targets, and quality requirements.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- At least 1 year of MHE operating experience, with a proven safety record.
- Previous experience operating a Crown Reach Truck and/or Crown Order Picker.
- Valid equipment certification or demonstrated training and authorization for the equipment required by the assigned role.
- Experience using RF scanners and RF-based Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete scanning and inventory transactions accurately.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A reliable, safety-conscious attitude and commitment to productivity and quality.
- The ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Flexibility to work overtime or additional shifts when required.
