Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a busy e-commerce team! If you’re organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling online orders and inquiries, we’d like to hear from you.

Work hours: 4:00pm to 12:00am; WFH option

What you’ll do:

- Respond to customer questions by email and messaging
- Handle orders, refunds, returns, and replacements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Keep accurate records and follow up on customer requests

What you bring:

- 1–2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience
- Amazon Seller Central experience is an asset
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

Hardware will be provided if needed.
