About Salon@Church

We're a luxury salon in Welland serving the Niagara Region, and we're growing fast. With over 75 new clients walking through our doors every month, we're ready to welcome another talented stylist to the team.

We're consultation-first and maintenance-based, which means our clients come back on a schedule, trust us with their hair long-term, and care about keeping it healthy. We're not a walk-in or discount salon, and that's exactly why our stylists love it here.

Our vision, our people

We want to be the salon where Niagara's best stylists build the career they dreamed of, with top income, a life they're proud of, and room to keep growing, all in the community we call home.

That's not just a line on the wall. With a steady flow of new clients and real support behind you, we can help you build your book, grow your skills, and earn a living that supports the life you actually want.

What we value

Trust, collaboration, and integrity. We have each other's backs, we share what we know, and we do the right thing for our clients and our team, even when no one's watching.

Who we're looking for

A licensed stylist who loves working as part of a team and wants a calm, organized place to do their best work. Whether you already have a clientele or you're building one, we'll help you grow it. You'll feel right at home if you enjoy:

- Grey coverage and colour maintenance clients (5 to 7 week visits)
- Lived-in blonde and dimensional blonding that lasts and keeps hair healthy
- Bonus if you do extensions and love a good consultation-based transformation

What your day looks like

- Starting every service with a real conversation about what your client wants and how to maintain it
- Doing beautiful, consistent work your clients can count on
- Pre-booking clients so your schedule stays full and predictable
- Keeping the space clean, calm, and welcoming
- Working alongside a team that cheers each other on

What you bring

- Valid Ontario hairstylist license
- Great communication and a genuine way with people
- An understanding that keeping clients is the real win
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to keep learning

Honestly, this might not be for you if…

- You're looking for walk-ins, discounts, or quick in-and-out appointments
- You prefer last-minute booking
- You'd rather work with no systems or structure

Why stylists love it here

- A steady stream of new clients (75+ every month) so you're not building from scratch alone
- A explicit career path with real growth, education, and mentorship
- Commission and incentives that reward your growth and client retention
- A beautiful, up-to-date space with a team that actually supports each other
