St. Louis Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, welcoming Host to help make every guest’s visit a great one. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests, help manage the flow of the dining room, and work with the team to create a warm, memorable experience. If you enjoy meeting people and thrive in a lively restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Manage the waitlist and reservations, and keep guests informed about wait times
- Lead guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer questions and phone calls, including reservation and general inquiries
- Communicate with servers and other team members to support smooth seating and service
- Assist servers as needed to help keep service running smoothly
- Help with expo by coordinating and running food to the correct tables
- Pack takeout orders accurately and carefully
- Clean and reset tables promptly for incoming guests




- Keep the host stand and guest waiting area tidy and organized
- Help create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant
- What we are looking for
- A positive, guest-first attitude and robust communication skills
- The ability to stay organized and manage several tasks in a busy environment
- Patience, attentiveness, and a friendly approach when handling guest questions or concerns
- Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team

Pay: $17.95-$18.50 per hour
