Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Worker to join our client's team. t. The ideal candidate will have prior construction experience and a robust work ethic, contributing to the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction activities
- Putting fences at the construction site.
- Perform paving tasks accurately and efficiently according to project specifications
- Support the installation of structures, materials, and infrastructure components
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies on-site




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (training available for qualified candidates)
- Knowledge of paving techniques is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
