Dispatch / Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Town of Mount Royal, Montreal
Hybrid work environment
Bilingual role – English and French

Hours: 7-3 or 8-4

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch and Customer Service Coordinator to manage the scheduling and coordination of installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, technicians, contractors, sales, and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled efficiently and completed on time, and must enjoy supporting customers by phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule installations, maintenance, repairs, emergency calls, and return visits.
- Dispatch technicians and contractors based on availability, urgency, customer needs, and efficiency.
- Respond to customer calls and service requests.
- Open, track, and close work orders and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Prepare service quotations and invoices for work outside customer contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and contract information.
- Support technician scheduling, workload, vacation, and absence tracking.




- Help coordinate parts inventory and available equipment.
- Ensure proper use of the service management system and assist with troubleshooting and training.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Robust organizational and scheduling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Good computer skills and ability to learn service management software
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the Town of Mount Royal office

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
