Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Richmond Hill is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Spa Manager who is willing to lead and work in our TEAM to make our brand a successful one.

Principle Duties:

- Assist the management team in managing all aspects of the Spa.
- Motivate the Spa team to exceed revenue targets through promotions, upselling and/or other means.
- Assist the spa team in dealing with difficult and demanding guest situations when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the Spa.
- Check and analyze customer survey results. Review performances with spa team.
- Front desk customer service including bookings, confirming and ringing out appointments.
- Notify management team to ensure Spa is stocked with all supplies needed to run on a daily basis.
- Assist and oversee the opening and closing the spa when necessary.

Requirements:

- Management Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with every guest/members in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.




- Maintain a cooperative attitude in working with management team and fellow employees to help achieve our common goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and profit margins.
- Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using the computer and learning software
- Experience in selling memberships is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain a polished and professional image, adhering to dress code at all times.
