Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, with experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed of service
- Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age is met
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours




- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Understanding of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification if required by local regulations
- Ability to work late hours including evening to nights weekends, or holidays as needed. Our hours of operation are from 6pm to 12am on Sunday-Thursday and 6pm to 2am on Friday & Saturday.
- Hospitality background or food service experience is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00 per hour
