Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Person to join our team in Innisfil, ON. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, providing accurate pricing and availability information, processing orders, and supporting daily parts and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist internal and external customers with locating parts and providing accurate pricing and availability.
- Prepare quotes and process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
- Receive, unload, organize, and store parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including inventory and bin adjustments.
- Place stock orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Locate and ship parts to customers and branch locations.
- Support the Service Department with parts pricing and availability for work orders.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock documentation.
- Operate parts and warehouse equipment safely.
- Use computer systems to process orders and support daily operations.
- Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications





- Robust customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Previous parts, warehouse, automotive, heavy equipment, or related experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of parts and/or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts/inventory systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
- Journeyperson Parts Certification is considered an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
