Duties

- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food service, beverage programs, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate staff members, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Manage bar operations, including bartending services, cocktail creation, and bar inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across all departments
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS; oversee cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, increase sales, and promote a positive team environment

Skills





- Proven experience in restaurant management with strong supervisory skills in food service environments
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, including interviewing and training staff members
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling practices, and hospitality industry best practices
- Experience in beverage program management, including bartending expertise and barista experience is a plus
- Background in restaurant or hotel environments with strong kitchen experience is highly desirable

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
