NOW HIRING: Class 1 Fuel Driver – Whitehorse, Yukon

Mycan Transport Ltd. is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, Class 1 Fuel Driver to join our team in Whitehorse, Yukon. This position is ideal for an experienced, professional fuel driver who is comfortable with extended periods away from home and operating in challenging northern, winter, and mountainous conditions.

Position Details

Location: Whitehorse, YT

Compensation: Hourly wage ($39.75), which includes a $2.50/hr safety bonus.

Work Schedule: Extended rotations away from home, typically working and living in your truck for a couple of months at a time, followed by approximately two weeks at home.

Required Qualifications & Expectations

- Valid Class 1 License
- Valid FAST card is mandatory
- Must be able to cross the border into Alaska
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Pump experience is not required but is considered an asset
- Experience with winter and mountain driving, including chaining up when required
- Strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and the ability to maintain full compliance
- Ability to safely operate in demanding northern driving conditions
- Must have and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong commitment to safe driving practices,

- Excellent customer service and qualified communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and capable of working independently for extended periods away from home
