Airdrie Physiotherapy & Massage is looking for Registered Physiotherapists to join our established, growing multidisciplinary team.
We currently have opportunities for physiotherapists interested in Orthopaedic/MSK Physiotherapy and or Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for a change or a motivated new graduate ready to begin your career, we offer the patient demand, clinical support, and collaborative environment to help you succeed.

Our clinic has an established patient base, strong referral network, and consistent demand for physiotherapy services, allowing you to step into a busy caseload without spending months trying to build one.
Why Join Our Team?

- AI-Assisted Charting: Optional AI documentation tools to help streamline charting and reduce administrative time.
- Excellent Administrative Support: Our experienced front-desk team handles scheduling, billing, payments, and daily clinic administration.
- Versatile Scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Practice Physiotherapy the Way It Should Be Practiced
We believe great physiotherapy is about more than moving patients through appointments.
It's about taking the time to listen, understanding the problem, developing an effective treatment plan, and helping patients achieve lasting results.
We don't believe in the high-volume "clinic mill" approach.
Instead, we emphasize:
- One-on-one, patient-centred care
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Evidence-informed treatment
- Exercise-based rehabilitation
- Patient education and injury prevention
- Longer appointment times
- Clinical reasoning and individualized treatment plans
- Building meaningful, long-term patient relationships
We trust our physiotherapists to make sound clinical decisions and provide them with the support, equipment, and flexibility to do their best work.
You'll have the independence to develop your own clinical style without being left on your own when you need support.
