About ClearWorks
ClearWorks is an all-season commercial services company with major winter maintenance operations across Southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. During the winter we perform snow plowing, salting, and grounds maintenance for municipal, construction, and commercial sites. Our clients depend on their sites being open, safe, and presentable when the weather turns, and we take that seriously. Our growing team values reliability, attention to detail, and work you can be proud of.
The Roles
We're hiring for two roles on two-person crews, and we're looking for people who show up, do it right, and finish the job. You may indicate which role you are applying for, but ultimately offers will be given based on experience and existing hiring needs.
Crew Member: you're the hands and wheels behind our service, plowing, salting, and clearing commercial sites to a high standard, often in the middle of the night and in tough conditions.
Crew Lead: you do everything a Crew Member does, and you also run the crew. - Make sure your vehicle and equipment are fit for service before every shift
- Check the quality of work on every site and make sure it meets ClearWorks and client standards
