WE‘RE SEEKING AN IMMIGRATION ASSISTANT

ROC Citizenship Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Immigration Assistant to support our growing operations internationally. Our clients are business owners pursuing business expansion, investment and immigration opportunities in Canada.

Compensation: CAD $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus commission for new business you bring into the company, subject to agreed terms and applicable qualified requirements.

Hours: Starting at 10–16 hours per week, with progression toward full-time employment as our operations grow.

Responsibilities

- Assist with client intake, communication and follow-ups.
- Collect and organize corporate, financial and personal supporting documents.
- Maintain client files, track deadlines and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with immigration forms and application packages under our authorized immigration representative’s supervision.
- Coordinate with our business advisory and international teams.
- Help develop new client relationships and business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Previous immigration administration experience, preferably in business immigration.




- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital document management.
- Confidence communicating with business owners and international partners.
- Current authorization to work in Canada.
