A Vancouver pharmacy is looking for an Interim Pharmacy Manager (Licensee) for a 4 month contract starting November 16, 2026, paying $75/hour with up to 50 hours a week available. At the full schedule that is $3,750 a week, roughly $15,000 a month, and around $65,000 over the contract. Short term, serious money, in one of the most beautiful cities in the country.

This is a clinically focused pharmacy. More than half of its roughly 300 prescriptions a day are methadone, with 60 to 70 patients walking in daily, so this role suits a manager who finds real meaning in serving patients with complex needs. If that is your kind of pharmacy, you will be hard pressed to find a better four months.

And you will not be carrying the store on your own. You will have 2 Registered Pharmacy Technicians with you, one on paperwork, one on prep, plus an LPN and a driver, and methadone deliveries are handled for you. This is a pharmacy set up for the manager to manage.

Schedule 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with shorter hours on weekends
Oversee daily operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Verify and dispense prescriptions, maintain medication profiles, and manage inventory
Lead a supportive team serving patients with complex needs
The pharmacy runs WinRx, and no prior experience with the system is needed

What you bring:
Active licence with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, or registration already in process
Solid communication and leadership skills
Comfort with a clinically focused, high-volume workflow
A genuine commitment to patient-centred care
