Job Overview
Infinite Outsourcing Solutions (IOS) is currently hiring experienced Stock Picker / Order Picker Operators for a warehouse facility in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.
We are looking for reliable and safety-focused operators with hands-on experience operating a Stock Picker / Order Picker forklift. The role involves working at elevated heights to pick and retrieve products from warehouse racking while supporting daily picking and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Stock Picker / Order Picker forklift
- Pick and retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking
- Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and warehouse instructions
- Verify product, quantity, and storage location before completing picks
- Safely move and position products throughout the warehouse
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections
- Follow all MHE, warehouse, and workplace safety procedures
- Report equipment damage, defects, or safety concerns immediately
- Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate and efficient picking standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Previous Stock Picker / Order Picker experience is required
- Valid Stock Picker / Order Picker forklift certification/licence is required
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience
- Strong understanding of forklift and warehouse safety
- Ability to work safely around racking, equipment, and other employees
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Schedule
Day Shift – 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM/ Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00AM
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on operational needs.
Compensation
$21.00 per hour
