Job Summary

Matrix HR is looking for experienced Journeyperson Plumbers join a major project in Calgary AB. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and construction experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality projects that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Hours: 40 hours per week, with potential overtime opportunities
Duration: 2 months or longer

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Install piping, fixtures, valves, and related equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Work safely and efficiently with other trades.
- Follow all project and site-safety procedures.

Requirements

- Valid Journeyperson Plumber certification.




- Previous commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valid Lift Training, Fall Arrest, CSTS, and WHMIS certificates.
- Must have appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Solid attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime when required.
