We’re a high-end residential landscape construction company looking for motivated, hardworking labourers to join our crew. Our work focuses heavily on hardscaping—patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces—so this is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work and seeing real results at the end of the day.
You’ll be assisting our experienced team on active job sites, using a variety of tools and equipment, and helping keep projects running smoothly and safely. During the off-season, we also operate a snow plowing and salting division, offering opportunities for year-round work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with landscape construction and hardscape installation
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- General site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment
- Supporting skilled crew members with day-to-day tasks
- Operating basic hand tools and equipment while following safety procedures
- Taking direction from supervisors and working efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, working outdoors for long periods)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Prior construction or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle to commute to and from our yard (company vehicles provided from the yard to job sites)
