Job Description

Skyward Exteriors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee exterior construction and restoration projects in Calgary and surrounding areas.

The Project Manager will manage projects from initial scope and planning through production, quality control, completion, and closeout while coordinating homeowners, property managers, crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Manage residential, multi-family, commercial, and exterior restoration projects from start to completion.
- Conduct or coordinate site inspections and assess roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, windows, doors, stucco, and other exterior components.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and work plans.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries, equipment, and site access.
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, consultants, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Review plans, measurements, specifications, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, costs, materials, schedules, workmanship, and profitability.
- Conduct quality-control inspections and coordinate correction of deficiencies.
- Identify job-site issues and resolve or escalate them promptly.
- Ensure work follows applicable building requirements, company standards, safety practices,



and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project records, photographs, reports, schedules, and closeout documentation.
- Support warranty and post-project deficiency work when required.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of project management experience in exterior construction, roofing, restoration, or a related field.
- 5+ years preferred for senior-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of exterior building systems, particularly roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, windows, and doors.
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple active projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, change orders, and project documentation.
- Insurance restoration or hail/wind-related project experience is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and specifications.
- Solid leadership, communication, organization, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software.
- Xactimate or similar estimating software is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to Calgary-area job sites.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
