Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at our bustling restaurant. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Server Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.




- Providing recommendations and descriptions of menu items.
- Serving food and beverages to guests.
- Handling cash, and credit card transactions, and processing payments.
- Addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborating with other staff members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Upholding health and safety standards.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Understanding of food safety regulations in the restaurant industry
