Responsibilities & Duties:

- Preparing sandwiches in accordance with company standards.
- Packaging and effectively handing off takeout orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work workplace during busy times.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas in accordance with Peel Public Health standards.
- Managing inventory, ensuring a consistent supply for takeout orders.
- Properly setting up work area for morning shifts, and closing duties for evening shifts.
- Basic food preparation and processing for end use.

Skills & Requirements:

- Working safely with meat products, including beef, chicken, and lamb.
- Comfortable working with knives and hot equipment.
- Able to work with a clear head under high pressure situations.
- Available or willing to work up to a full time position.
- Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs (cases of meat and beverages.)
- Able to work and communicate well with team members and customers.
- Prioritization skills.
