Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to cleanliness and food handling regulations at all times.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any concerns or issues proactively.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold the establishment’s hospitality standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a background in bartending or serving roles. Training will be provided for the right candidate even if there is no bartending background.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cashiering.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a friendly demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order management.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Must be 19 or older.
