Step Up Autism Center provides individualized services to children with autism and developmental needs. Our programs include Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and academic support.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst to join our team remotely and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations and behavioural assessments as appropriate.
- Develop, review, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA therapists and senior therapists.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Conduct virtual parent consultations and caregiver training.
- Review therapy data and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Provide clinical guidance for behaviour management and skill-development programs.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
- Collaborate with families and the centre's clinical and administrative teams.
- Ensure services comply with applicable skilled standards, ethical requirements, and privacy regulations.

Qualifications





- Current registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) authorizing practice as a Behaviour Analyst.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
- Experience developing and overseeing individualized behaviour intervention programs.
- Strong clinical supervision and staff-training skills.
- Experience with parent coaching and caregiver collaboration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using secure video conferencing and electronic clinical record systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
