Full-time, permanent, direct hire with Blue Dot Cold Storage (not an agency). 40 hours a week on fixed 8-hour day shifts, 5 days a week. Two schedules: Sunday to Thursday (Sunday is order prep for Monday) or Monday to Friday.

Pay: $21.00-$23.85/hour to start, based on experience; $23.85 for operators fully qualified on double-deep reach and counterbalance. +$0.75/hr at 90 days, +$0.75/hr at 12 months, $500 bonus at 6 months, plus a $100/month on-time bonus.

About the job

We run refrigerated and dry warehousing for food and beverage brands near Hwy 427 & Finch (Etobicoke). You'll work in both our cooler (0-4°C) and dry areas:

- Operate double-deep reach trucks in narrow, tight aisles (put-away and retrieval at height)

- Operate counterbalance forklifts (load/unload trailers, stage pallets)

- Pick and build customer orders accurately using an RF scanner

- Keep your area clean and do pre-shift equipment checks

What you need

- 1+ year operating a reach truck in a warehouse, including double-deep racking and narrow, tight aisles. Counterbalance experience is a solid asset.

- Able to work in a refrigerated cooler at 0-4°C (32-39°F) for a large part of every shift. Dress in warm layers.

- RF scanner / order picking experience

- Reliable way to get to Hwy 427 & Finch (Etobicoke) on time for your shift

- Steel-toe safety boots
