Overview

- We are looking for an individual to fill the role of Client Service Supervisor for our remediation and restoration business. Our business deals with 24/7 service responding to flooding, water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.

Languages

English

Education

- A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction is an asset
- Completion of secondary school

Experience

- One to three years of experience in management service

Work Location

· Part in office, part-remote and on call

· Note: Our business offers a 24hr service. You must be able to respond to phone calls outside of regular business hours offsite

Responsibilities

Tasks

- Taking calls from prospective clients,



providing information on services as well as estimates of services
- Responding to inquiries or complaints and resolving problems
- Scheduling appointments with clients based on employer schedule
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with third party contractors
- Organize and oversee invoices and payment
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
