Aurora North Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous pharmacy experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, preparation, packaging, and labelling.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription information.
- Assist with prescription refills and inventory management.
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage medication orders, stock, and expiry dates.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.
- Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations.

Qualifications





- Previous experience working in a pharmacy is required.
- Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Software is an asset.
- English proficiency is required; Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and a robust team player.

Compensation

- Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
