Drumroaster Coffee is looking for an upbeat, motivated person to join our team!

We are a busy café in the Cowichan Valley, specializing in roasting coffee, making delicious drinks, and great baking. This is a fast paced environment, best suited for those who love to work quickly with a smile!

Tasks in the roastery include bagging coffee using a bagging machine, heat sealing bags, putting stickers on bags, putting together orders with diligence and efficiency, and general cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace. This position is best suited for someone who has worked in a warehouse or similar setting and is interested in gaining some experience in a busy coffee roastery. The right candidate will be organized, tidy, and interested in learning more about the coffee industry!
