Overview

Join our dynamic logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining supply chain operations and ensuring seamless movement of goods. This energetic position offers the opportunity to coordinate transportation, manage warehouse distribution activities, and optimize procurement processes. As a key player in our logistics network, you'll contribute to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting our company's growth through proactive process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Duties

- Oversee warehouse distribution operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials management to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to schedule freight, manage 3PL providers, and track shipments.
- Support procurement and sourcing activities by managing purchasing processes, pricing negotiations, and vendor relationships.
- Utilize data analysis skills to monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Manage warehouse management system (WMS) entries and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records to maintain accurate inventory and equipment data.




- Assist with demand planning by analyzing sales trends and forecasting future needs to optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with shipping & packaging standards while coordinating order fulfillment and logistics documentation.

Skills

- Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and materials management.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), WMS, and supply chain software.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret logistics data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and demand planning.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; familiarity with packaging standards is a plus.
- Experience working with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and managing shipping & freight documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, order fulfillment, and inventory control.

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
