Requirements:

- A diploma in Developmental Services, Social Services Community Service Worker and Educational Assistance
- A demonstrated commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization.
- A minimum of 1-year experience supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health as well as challenging personal expression (behavior).
- Experience in supporting people in their daily activities of their choice.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to facilitate and support Person Centered Planning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with computer applications an asset.
- Must be available to work all shifts – days, evenings, nights and weekends.
