RidgeTechOne Construction & Development Corp. (RTO) is a self-performing crane and concrete formwork contractor based in Burnaby. We’re hiring an onsite Project Coordinator for our Old Clayburn project in Abbotsford. This is a field-first role. You’ll work out of the site trailer alongside our foreman and crews, and you’ll be the link between the field and the office.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate daily site activities with the foreman, crews, crane and subtrades
- Track progress against the schedule and flag delays early
- Prepare and submit daily reports, timesheets, site photos and progress updates
- Review RFIs with CM, submittals, drawing revisions and document control on site
- Order and track formwork materials, and coordinate deliveries and pours
- Track change orders, extra work and back-charges, with backup documentation
- Support the site safety program (toolbox talks, inspections, orientations) with our Safety team
- Attend site and client meetings, and take and distribute minutes




- Keep the management team up to date on cost, schedule and site issues

What we’re looking for

- 1–3+ years in construction coordination, preferably concrete, formwork or general contracting
- Able to read structural and architectural drawings
- Strong with Excel, Outlook and PDF markup tools (Bluebeam an asset)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable on an active site in all weather
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- CSA boots, hard hat, hi-vis. First aid and fall protection are assets

- Full time, onsite in Abbotsford (Old Clayburn project), Monday–Friday plus occasional Saturday/pour days
- Pay: $28–$36/hr depending on experience
- Room to grow into Project Manager as RTO expands

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
