Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Production Associate on behalf of our client, a company specializing in the processing and distribution of sausage casings made from meat products.

Position Details

- Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Full time Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Perform material handling duties throughout the facility
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Complete production-related data entry and documentation
- Load, unload, and transport materials as required
- Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties
- Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and health & safety procedures
- Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred




- 1-2 years of experience operating a counterbalance forklift; forklift certification is mandatory
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Physically fit and capable of frequent heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working in a meat-processing environment involving chicken, beef, and pork products
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary workplace
