Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their renovation needs, providing expert guidance on design and materials, and managing the sales process from consultation to project completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in renovation or construction, and experience in sales, including high-end and inside sales. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with design tools like SketchUp and Chief Architect are highly valued. Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to assess their bathroom and kitchen renovation needs through consultative discussions.
- Present product demos, design concepts, and renovation options using tools such as SketchUp and Chief Architect.
- Manage the sales process including inside sales, outside sales, upselling, and account management to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Assist customers with product selections, merchandising, and POS transactions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project specifications are accurately communicated and executed.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers through effective communication skills and organizational skills.




- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for measuring spaces, estimating costs, and managing cash handling during transactions.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project details, and sales activities to ensure seamless account management.

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales within renovation or construction industries.
- Robust knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, and design software such as SketchUp and Chief Architect.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and product demos.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for project estimates and transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on high-end sales and upselling techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to home renovation services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
