We are currently seeking for a energetic candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and HR policy implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer generation.
- Administer new hire onboarding and orientation programs.




- Provide advice and support on employee relations and performance management.
- Administer benefits programs and act as a liaison with providers.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Educations and Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Active pursuit or completion of CHRP is considered an asset
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Valid G driver's license with a clear driver's abstract and access to a vehicle to respond to emergency situations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
