The Beach House Cafe in Cordova Bay is launching a new pizza program, and we’re looking

for an experienced pizza cook / pizzaiolo to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with real hands-on pizza experience who can bring consistency, speed and knowledge to the station.

Responsibilities & experience:

- Professional pizza-making experience
- Confident hand-stretching and shaping dough
- Experience with high-temperature pizza ovens
- Good understanding of dough handling, proofing and fermentation
- Building and baking pizzas quickly and consistently
- Maintaining quality during busy service
- Prep, portioning and organization of the pizza station
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and food-safety standards
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the pizza station

Our equipment and kitchen are already in place. We’re looking for someone who can help us fine-tune the pizza program,



improve our process and build a quick, consistent system as we grow.

Pay: $22–$25/hour + tips, based on experience
Hours: 20–40 hours per week
