3D Prefab builds quality tiny homes, backyard homes, man caves, and timber structures in our own shop. We're growing, and we're not looking for someone to just clock in. We want a carpenter to build this company with us, with the potential to earn shares or part ownership down the road.

You'll:

- Build complete units from start to finish: framing, sheathing, and finishing

- Work on tiny homes, backyard homes, man caves, and timber structures

- Hold a standard of quality on every build, not just the ones someone's watching

- Grow with the company and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself

You have:

- 5+ years of carpentry experience

- Your own hand tools and reliable transportation

- A reputation for clean, careful work

- The mindset of an owner: you want to build something bigger than a paycheque

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00-5:00 (some overtime during busy periods). Please only apply if this works for you.

We offer:

- $30-45/hr based on experience

- Potential shares or part ownership in 3D Prefab for the right person, earned over time (terms discussed in person)

- A chance to grow this business together, not just work in it

- Variety: no two builds are the same

To apply: Send a resume with two references we can call, and answer this question: Tell us about a job where quality mattered to you, even though no one would have noticed if you cut a corner.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week

Application question(s):

- Tell us about a job where quality mattered to you, even though no one would have noticed if you cut a corner. Also, please list two references we can call (name, relationship, phone number).
