Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our Sales Force Department in Toronto. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing expert service for home equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our company's mission of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems at customer sites.
- Install and maintain home equipment according to industry standards.
- Read schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and solutions clearly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest industry techniques and standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all service activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
- Solid mechanical knowledge related to home appliances.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid license or certification in plumbing, heating, or HVAC (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in appliance repair is a plus.
