Wosler Diagnostics is opening a new ultrasound clinic in Calgary Northeast, and we’re looking for contract sonographers who want to help launch it. Get in early, help shape how the clinic runs from day one, and get paid for the volume you scan.

What You Will Do





You will perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal, small parts, vascular, and OB/Gyne. You will collaborate with referring physicians to clarify sonographic requests and communicate findings with interpreting radiologists to support accurate diagnoses. You will review patient charts for clinical context before scanning, ensure patient comfort and safety, and perform real-time quality control on images before submission. You will prepare and maintain equipment, follow infection prevention protocols, and complete the related clinic documentation and worksheets.

Who We Are Looking For

Required: a minimum of 1 year of sonography experience, Sonography Canada certification (CRGS), ACMDTT, and professional liability insurance. You should be based in or able to commute to Calgary Northeast, have strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset, and be comfortable working independently.

Nice to have: ARDMS certification, private clinic or community imaging experience, vascular or MSK experience, and additional languages spoken in the Northeast Calgary community.

Contractor Details

This is an independent contractor role. Compensation is per scan and paid bi-weekly. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and professional liability insurance. Contractors do not receive benefits, vacation, or sick pay.
