About Arctic Energy Solutions

Arctic Energy Solutions Inc. is a growing leader in insulation, building envelope, and energy efficiency solutions across Atlantic Canada. As demand for energy-efficient construction and retrofit programs continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to expand our presence in Moncton, NB and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role works with both commercial construction projects and residential energy efficiency programs, helping clients identify the right solutions while developing long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow a sales territory.
- Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
- Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, home builders, and residential customers.
- Identify opportunities in commercial, multi-residential, and residential construction, as well as government-funded energy efficiency programs.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Prepare estimates, insulation take-offs, and quotations.
- Conduct site visits, job walks, and customer meetings.
- Manage projects throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to awarded work.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction sales, building materials, insulation, HVAC, roofing, windows, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.




- Knowledge of commercial construction and/or residential building practices.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, estimates, or project specifications is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout defined territory.
