Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and set up various machining equipment, interpret technical drawings, and produce precision components.

Duties

- Operate manual machines such as lathes and milling machines, ensuring precise production according to specifications.
- Manufacture hydraulic cylinder components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to produce accurate parts.
- The removal of rollers,spindles and shafts from various Agricultural Equipment a bonus
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on machining equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and welding equipment to assemble and modify parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards




- Solid mechanical knowledge with experience in machining, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings..
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and programming adjustments.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Experience with assembly processes and the use of various hand tools for fabrication tasks.This position requires a dedicated professional with strong technical skills in machining and manufacturing processes who is committed to producing high-quality components.

Pay: $35.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
